As an international ritual dance artist, I have had the delight of sharing the medicine of movement across the globe. Through my travels to over forty countries, I have learned that no language is as unifying as dance. Dance unlocks messages and wisdom which the intellect alone cannot understand. The body is a medium; the body is a bridge.
While I love the art form of dance, it is not the only medium which impassions me. Film and writing are other avenues I take great pleasure in. Some of the richest and most fertile soil for creativity comes from the pain, the traumas, and the shadows. This is why Persephone is one of my favorite myths!
With my background in Clinical & Depth psychology and my Ph.D. in Archetypal Studies, I cannot help but perceive reality through a mythopoetic lens. I
